Worked with an assistant, who is, undoubtedly, the worst I’ve ever met. Kept talking to herself while working (ok, not my business, but it was annoying), spent majority of the time troubleshooting her husband’s Ozempic (kept insisting that they’ve been taking the brand name forever, insisted to have two boxes out of the fridge for herself, but ended up taking the generic) despite the fact that she worked on the delivery up until the last second possible, did no data entry (I did most), did not care if there was a patient present, completely botched a case (a patient was shorted 30 tablets of percocet, she counted and declared that we were actually over the on-hand count (turns out she didn’t know she was including the desiccants when weighing the scale), called the patient to pick up, then called back because somehow she had a doubt). Yet she is a very established presence at the store, which makes me doubt the judgement (and sanity) of everyone there.

So far, I’ve worked with a high schooler who was excellent, which made me think the store was ok. Now I have a serious doubt. I already rescinded my additional availability (the first chance I got) for this store - I’ll do another week before I make decision to quit entirely.
